- Daily management of the production rate with an internal management tool according to the deadlines agreed with the customer.
Quality control
- Garment by garment control of the goods.
- Sorting of the goods by batch.
Delivery and closing of the order
- Counting of the goods.
- Double checking of the counting
- Dispatch of the delivery.
- Verification of the good reception of the garments by the customer.
- Survey of the customer satisfaction (quality, delays, quantity of the goods).
